I had no idea you wrote this book too, Doc. I’ll check it out. Loved “Forensics: A guide for writers.” I refer to it regularly.

You might find it interesting to revisit the issue of DNA technology, using as an example the new book The Bulldog and the Helix about two murders of young girls in British Columbia 20 years apart and how much had changed between them. Fascinating changes in DNA technology, legal requirements, and police evidence collection practices in between. I’m not writing this to promote my review of the book, but if you want a little more info about it, see http://www.vweisfeld.com/?p=8061. Fascinating stuff!
